Early check-in and late check-out are possible only when rooms are free. Please send your request to reservations@wone-hotels.com and we will tell you what can be arranged for your dates.

We need identity documents for every guest: a passport for guests over 14, a birth certificate for children under 14. Foreign nationals should present a passport and a migration card; other documents required by the migration registration rules may also be needed.

Terms for changing and cancelling a booking depend on the rate you choose. Please read the conditions on the website in full before you book. They are also set out in your booking confirmation email.

Check-in starts at 14:00 and check-out is until 12:00. If you arrive earlier, we will gladly keep your luggage and let you know as soon as the room is ready.

The gallery and the Cloud9 art residency are in the final stage of preparing to open. Once the space is running, hotel guests will be able to buy the works on show.

Breakfast is not served at the hotel at the moment, as the restaurant is in the final stage of preparing to open. Once it does, guests will find a buffet breakfast and a menu by chef Alexey Ermakov. We will publish the opening date and the gastronomic events on the website and on the hotel's social media.

For now only the rooms are open to our guests. The restaurant, the gallery with the Cloud9 art residency and the small spa are still preparing to open. In time Artel 17/52 will become a many-sided cultural space that brings together living, food, contemporary culture and recovery. We will announce each new space separately.

Stays with pets are not possible at the moment. We are working towards welcoming four-legged guests in the future and will announce any change of rules on the hotel website.

There is no guest parking on the hotel grounds at the moment; our own paid parking is planned for the future. City paid parking zones lie next to the hotel and can be used under the usual city rules and tariffs. The front desk will gladly suggest the nearest options and help you find the route.
